CDO- Chief Development Officer
Aharon Binur, Mr. Aharon Binur has been appointed CDO- Chief development officer - of R&D to lead product development at IR-MED, Aharon is electronics engineer who graduated from the Technion in Haifa, Israel. Aharon started as electronics engineer at OTI, and quickly climbed to a development manager at a subsidiary and was later appointed VP of R&D at OTI, and VP of products for a cumulative more than 13 years. Aharon also served as CTO and VP of R&D at Lehavot- advanced fire protection systems, for over 8 years. Aharon has extensive experience in multidisciplinary technological management, including software, hardware and mechanics, development of final systems and products for the client, while maintaining high quality and international standards. Aharon has a unique and creative approach to technology management, including patents registered on his name.
Mr. Levkoviz was appointed to Chief Financial Officer upon the effectiveness of the Acquisition. Mr. levkoviz served from 2011 -2021 in Achdut Israel Ltd., an Israeli company providing accounting and economic consulting services, as a regional manager. Prior to that period, Mr. Levkoviz served as a Chief Controller at OTI, global company, Nasdaq traded company, from 2005 through 2011. Mr. Levkoviz received his CPA from Ramat Gan College and an executive BA in Busines Administration from Rupin College in Israel. In addition Mr Levkoviz served ten years as a chairman of finance and human resource committee at Ohalo College and also 5 years as a director at the development company of Katzrin , MR Levkoviz is a member of katzrin plenum.

Founder & CEO of OTI, a NASDAQ traded global technology leader with more than 250 employees, annual sales of 50 Million USD, IP portfolio of over 100 patents and hundreds of millions of users. Prior to founding OTI, served as the president of Electro-Galil. Mr. Bashan was awarded the Leading Businessman Award in Management, Business and Economics by the Israeli Institute of Public Opinion. Mr. Bashan holds both B.Sc. and M.Sc. in economics and business management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Ronnie Klein (B.SC M.BA) Biochemical engineer from the Technion, Israeli institute of technology Experienced entrepreneur with turning good ideas into selling products in the medical device field and pharma . Experienced in medical devices development, market development and fund raising, Submitted 14 patents.
Yaniv Cohen (M.SC) received the M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from HIT, Holon institute of technology, (2007,Israel), During 2009-2010 he wrote his thesis in wave prorogation in Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Mr. Cohen is an experienced engineer in the fields of wave propagation and IR Spectroscopy for medical applications and he is a co-author of 8 articles in scientific journals and in reports of worldwide conferences, 2 patents and 4 patents application in medical devices. Previously, Mr. cohen worked at a global Hi-Tech companies (Tokyo Electron , CISCO) and he is also a member at the Board of Governors, Azrieli – College of Engineering Jerusalem.
DR. BEN-ZION DEKEL
Dr. Ben Zion Dekel PhD E.E ( M.SC PH.D.), scientific expert, is the Head of Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department, Ruppin Academic Center, Israel. An electro optical engineer with an experience of about 25 years, specialized in the fields of mid IR optical waveguides of the planar and cylindrical types based on polycrystalline silver halide mixed crystals and IR Spectroscopic for medical applications
PROF. YESHAYAHU (SHAI) KATZ
HEAD OF MAB AND CLINICAL TRIALS
Prof. Katz (MD DSC) is Director of the Department of Anesthesiology, Rambam Medical Center and is also a professor at the Ruth and Bruce Rappaport Faculty of Medicine of the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. Previously Prof. Katz served as the Director of the Department of Anesthesiology, HaEmek Medical Center, Afula. He was a Visiting Professor at the Department of Anesthesiology, Hermann- Memorial Hospital of the University of Texas, Houston. His main area of research is the pharmacology of anesthetic agents and apoptosis of neuronal cells in the central nervous system. He has published over 85 scientific articles, and serves on the review board of several leading scientific journals. Prof. Katz has received numerous grants and was awarded the Hershel Rich Technion Innovation Prize. Prof. Katz received his MD from Hadassah Medical School, Hebrew University, Jerusalem. He completed his residency at Rambam Medical Center and received a DSc in the Medical Sciences from the Department of Pharmacology at the Faculty of Medicine of the Technion
