The PressureSafe device, utilizing Infrared (IR), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and other exclusive technologies, is designed to detect pressure injuries (PI) forming under the skin and underlying tissue at an early stage. The device enables caregivers to detect underlying conditions that may not be visible to the naked eye, regardless of skin tone. It is noteworthy that individuals with dark skin tones are more prone to suffer from pressure injuries, with a risk twice as high as that of white skin tones, as redness on their skin is less noticeable to caregivers, which is the current method of detecting pressure injuries.
