Mr. Bashan is an entrepreneur, innovator and executive with over 35 years of experience in managing, building and running technology companies. He was founder & CEO of OTI, a globally recognized technology leader listed on NASDAQ,, with over 250 employees, annual sales of 50 Million USD, an IP portfolio of over 100 patents and hundreds of millions of users.
Prior to founding OTI, he served as president of Electro-Galil. Mr. Bashan was awarded the Leading Businessman Award in Management, Business and Economics by the Israeli Institute of Public Opinion.
Mr. Bashan holds both B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in economics and business management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
